This Website, currently located at lonnys.com, as well as all services related to this Web site (collectively, the “Site”) is provided by Lonnys  (“us”, “our” or“we”).  The terms and conditions set forth in this terms of use notice (“Terms of Use”) shall govern and apply to your visit to and use of the Site.  By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.  If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, please do not use this Site.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any content or feature of the Site, or impose, change, or modify the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use.  Depending on the nature of the change, we will either announce the change:

3)      Take such other action as we deem appropriate under the circumstances.

Pricing Policy

Except where noted otherwise, the Price displayed for products on our Web site represents the full retail price for the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

With respect to items sold by Lonnys.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has been reviewed and approved.   We reserve the right to void orders that we find suspicious of fraudulent activity. 

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.  Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.

Product Descriptions

While we and our affiliates attempt to provide accurate information on the Site, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this Site will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.  Your sole remedy for the purchase of any product on the Site is to return it for a full or partial refund as set forth in the return policy on our site. 

Refusal of Service

Lonnys has the right to refuse service to any customer we feel is abusing our site or our policies.  Lonnys also reserves the right to deem a customer "final sale only" if we feel they are abusing our site's policies. This includes but is not limited to:

1) Customers who continuously purchase and return merchandise beyond what is reasonably expected by Lonnys.

2) Customers who consistently ask for discounts on merchandise beyond the discounts advertised by Lonnys. 

3) Customers who abuse our coupon code system.

4) Customers who try to return obviously worn merchandise.

5) Customers who have abused our in store policies.
